AI agents for e-Commerce: event recap

Last night we hosted our e-commerce Agent Sushi Night! 🍣

When everyone sat on the couch, it looked kind of like an Agentholics Anonymous meeting.

Founders, engineers, and operators all talking shop on how AI agents are handling returns, refunds, and inquiries across platforms like TikTok Shop, without accidentally discounting your product to 25¢.

We played Telestrations (basically, telephone with drawings), and I confirmed I cannot draw to save my life.

There were multiple dogs in the building at one point, so that's a win in itself.

And of course, people were still shipping features mid-conversation.
