Automating, First do manual

Automating, First do manual

We still answer every customer ticket by hand.

It's brutal and exactly what we should be doing.

When you're drowning in manual work, you're forced to automate your way out.

Every ticket shows us exactly what our AI needs to learn. Every frustrating, repetitive question is training data.

And if this sucks for us, it sucks for everyone. Nobody should suffer through this given where AI is now.

AI drafts most of the replies now, but we still review every one.

The Fireflies founders used to join customer calls and take notes by hand (pretending to be "AI") because it forced them to live every friction point until the product could actually solve it.

Call it pain-driven development.

Do things that don't scale. Feel the pain deeply then automate yourself out of the mess.
