We just launched the world's first autonomous consumer brand.

We are running customer support end-to-end for brands, owning outcomes, handling edge cases, living in the operations layer every day.

But we were discussing what would come next, and I said:

If we’re already operating the support… why don’t we go one step higher?

Why don’t we become the brand?

The next day was my birthday dinner.

Instead of celebrating calmly, we brainstormed autonomous brands over food. Marie Schneegans and Michael Fester had been thinking about it too.

By the end of the night, it wasn’t theoretical anymore.

We decided to build one.

For me, this is the exciting part:

AI isn’t just automating support tickets.

It might redefine how brands are built from day one.

Smaller teams. Tighter systems. Execution as the default.

We’re still an agency.

But now we’re also running our own autonomous experiment.
