Paparazzi at the doorstep: Even customer support isn’t safe

Lately we’ve been dealing with something we never thought we’d have to: paparazzi showing up at our place.

We don’t know when it became acceptable to camp out with a camera in the driveway, yelling questions about legacy customer support. It’s exhausting. We value our privacy, and this has definitely crossed the line.
