Every time I sit down with someone who’s been through it, I’m reminded how hard this job really is, and how much lighter it gets when you can talk openly about the messy parts with people who’ve already walked the path.

The best founders I know do two things at once: learn from the people ahead of them, and make time for the people coming up behind them.

It all becomes a circle.
