At 14.ai, we offer digital subscription-based services designed to provide continuous value and support to our clients. This fulfillment policy outlines how our services are delivered, as well as our refund and cancellation terms.
Upon successful payment, your subscription will be activated immediately or within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with access credentials or onboarding instructions. Your service tier, usage limits, and support access will depend on the plan you selected during checkout.
Subscription services are delivered digitally through our platform.
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments once access has been granted or the billing period has started. Since services are delivered digitally and often involve immediate resource allocation, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue or are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session without refund. For multi-session packages or ongoing service agreements, early termination policies will be outlined in your service contract or agreement.
